Karen Kokjer

One of Karen Kokjer’s favorite parts of the summer season is walking through the local aspen forests with their vibrant green canopies and fresh growth that carries the optimism of the season. Having lived in Telluride full-time for 30 years, Karen now reside in Montrose, Colorado, and remains grateful for the thriving Telluride art community. She maintain a workspace at Lawson Hill where she fabricates products and artwork for sale across the Western Slope. Karen’s creative process revolves around experimentation with a variety of mediums, allowing for artistic movement and evolving styles.
