The Telluride Arts Holiday Bazaar is a lively tradition hosted by Telluride Arts in collaboration with Ah Haa School for the Arts that features a wide variety of fine crafts, including artisan jewelry, organic body products, gourmet food, ceramics, clothing, and more - all made by hand.

  • Complete the registration form. The Telluride Arts team will send you an invoice and a W9 form, which must be paid and completed within 24 hours. If we don’t receive both, your booth will be released to the next vendor.

    Your space will be confirmed once payment and W9 is received and your contract is signed. 

  • Please review this checklist carefully before submitting your application.

    Step 1: Registration

    • Complete the online registration form between September 26 and October 28 (or until spaces fill).

    • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to local and regional vendors.

    Step 2: Payment & Forms

    • Within 24 hours of submitting your application, you must:

      • Pay the invoice sent by Telluride Arts.

      • Complete and submit your W9 form.

    • If payment and W9 are not received within 24 hours, your space will be released to the next vendor.

    Step 3: Contract

    • After we receive your payment, we will send you your contract. Please read it carefully.

    • Once we receive your signed contract, your spot is secured.

    Step 4: Marketing Materials

    • Upload the following required materials:

    • 2–10 high-resolution photos of your work

    • Logo (if available)

    • Short bio/blurb (2–3 sentences)

    • 1 headshot of you

  • Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to local and regional vendors.

  • Payments are only accepted via the invoice we send. We do not accept checks. Thank you for understanding.

  • Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors can indicate their preference, but final placement will be determined by Telluride Arts staff.

    Please note: we cannot guarantee the same booth you had last year. We’ll do our best, but this cannot be guaranteed. 

  • It depends on the location: some booths include tables, others require you to bring your own. Full details are in the registration form.

    Please note:

    • No folding walls or dividers are allowed.

    • No nails or hammering into walls.

    • If you have specific needs (access to electricity), indicate them in your application. We’ll do our best, but space is limited.

  • Vendors will be given setup times by floor on Friday, December 5,: 1:00–4:00 PM. Please stick to your assigned window

  • Neither Ah Haa School for the Arts nor Telluride Arts has control or agreements with SilverJack Parking Garage. If you choose to use it, you are responsible for payment. We are not liable for parking fees or charges.

    • Cancellations before November 19 → 100% refund.

    • Cancellations before November 26 → 50% refund.

    • Cancellations from December 1 onward → No refunds. No exceptions.

  • Shared booths may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Telluride Arts before registering.

  • Las aplicaciones abren el 25 de septiembre y cierran el 28 de octubre (o antes si los espacios se llenan). Debes completar el formulario de registro. El equipo de Telluride Arts te enviará tu factura y un formato de W9, que deberán pagarse y completarse dentro de las primeras 24 horas. Si no recibimos ambos documentos, tu espacio quedará disponible para la siguiente persona.

    Al recibir tu pago, tu espacio quedará confirmado una vez que firmes tu contrato.

  • Por favor revisa esta lista antes de enviar tu aplicación.
    Se dará prioridad a los vendors locales y regionales.

    • Cuando recibamos su contrato firmado, su espacio quedará asegurado.

    Paso 4: Material para Marketing

    Comparte los siguientes materiales requeridos:

    • 2–10 fotos en alta resolución de tu trabajo

    • Logo (si lo tienen)

    • Breve biografía o descripción (2–3 oraciones)

    • 1 fotografía tipo retrato de ti/ustedes

  • Únicamente aceptamos pagos a través del la factura y enlace de pago que te enviaremos. No aceptamos cheques. Gracias por tu comprensión.

  • Los espacios se asignan por orden de llegada. Puedes indicar tu preferencia, pero la asignación final será determinada por el equipo de Telluride Arts.

    Por favor, toma en cuenta que no podemos asegurar el mismo espacio del año pasado. Haremos lo posible por considerar tus solicitudes, pero no podemos garantizarlo. ¡Gracias por tu comprensión!

  • Depende de la ubicación: algunos booths incluyen mesa y otros requieren que traigas la tuya. Los detalles específicos estarán en el formulario de registro.

    Por favor, ten en cuenta:

    • No se permiten paredes plegables ni divisores.

    • No se puede clavar ni martillar en las paredes del edificio.

    • Si necesitas acceso a electricidad, menciónalo en tu aplicación. Haremos lo posible por apoyarte, pero el espacio es limitado.

  • Cada participante recibirá un horario de montaje según el piso asignado. El viernes 5 de diciembre, de 1:00 a 4:00 PM. Es importante respetar tu ventana de tiempo.

  • Ni Ah Haa School for the Arts ni Telluride Arts tienen control o acuerdos con el estacionamiento de SilverJack Parking Garage. Si decides utilizarlo, deberás pagar directamente. No nos hacemos responsables de cargos o multas.

    • Cancelaciones antes del 19 de noviembre → 100% reembolso.

    • Cancelaciones antes del 26 de noviembre → 50% reembolso.

    • Cancelaciones a partir del 1 de diciembre → No hay reembolsos. Sin excepciones.
