Creative Exchange
The Creative Exchange is a brand-new monthly series by Telluride Arts designed for the artists and creatives who call Telluride home. It’s a space where emerging and established artists gather to share the knowledge, skills, and stories that fuel their work. Think of it as an open source model for creativity—where we learn from each other, swap ideas, and help strengthen one another’s practice.
Each session is hosted by local artists and creative leaders who bring their own perspectives, techniques, and creative journeys into the room. Topics may span everything from the business of art and professional development, to creative process, storytelling, collaboration, and the philosophical underpinnings of making work in a mountain town that’s both intimate and global.
Whether you’re a full-time working artist, an educator, a student, a maker, or simply someone curious about creative expression, the Creative Exchange is open to you. Come learn, share, and grow with the community that makes Telluride’s creative identity so vibrant.

Salon Nights
Salon Nights are inspired by the legendary Parisian salons—those lively gatherings where artists, thinkers, and dreamers came together to debate, collaborate, and inspire the movements that shaped art and culture. We’re bringing that spirit into the present and rooting it here in Telluride.
These are evenings for conversation and connection, not lectures or formal programming. They are casual, open, and intentionally unstructured, designed to create the atmosphere where ideas can collide, new friendships form, and creativity sparks. Imagine an evening where musicians talk with writers, painters meet photographers, filmmakers share stories with ceramicists—and the unexpected happens!
Salon Nights celebrate the unique character of Telluride’s creative community and the belief that art thrives when people come together.
