Amy Levek is a photographer who finds inspiration in the natural world. Influenced by the interaction between light, colors, wind, the shapes in the landscape - the elements existing at any moment - she captures their essence in her images.
Amy began exploring the world through photography after being given a camera several years ago. Drawn beyond traditional scenic views and portraiture, her work focuses on the overlooked elements of everyday life—the details often passed by without notice.
Her subjects include reflections and “hidden mirrors,” where light and imagery bounce off cars, store windows, puddles, ponds, and other unexpected surfaces. Amy is fascinated by visual oddities and layered moments, capturing textures, colors, and lines found in places such as rusting metal, glass and steel piles in junkyards, forgotten objects, and fragmented parts of larger scenes.
Her photographs often read as visual collages, blending abstract forms with striking details. Whether working in mountains, deserts, cities, or along the coast, Amy continually seeks to go deeper into the landscape, inviting viewers to slow down and see the familiar world from a new perspective.
