Michele Foote

ARTIST BIOGRAPHY:

Michele moved to Telluride in 1989 but grew up in New England. Since childhood, her fingers have always itched to create. Michele earned her BA in elementary education from Boston College with a minor in studio art/ceramics. A retired educator, she taught at Telluride Elementary for 25 years. Michele pairs her love of shaping clay with a curiosity about pattern and color fostered through quilting and fabric printing.
