Conceptual Design Services Proposal
CCY has provided us with a proposal for the Charrette process on the Telluride Transfer Warehouse. This is the next stage to get us true conceptual drawings to aid our fundraising.

Scope of Work
The project is to create a new home for Telluride Arts in the Transfer Warehouse, an existing historic stone building shell. This will include gallery space which will serve as event and exhibit space. These spaces will be thought of as multi-functional to allow for use as temporary studio spaces. Support spaces such as restrooms, a small kitchen, administration offices and potentially a basement are also anticipated. A roof top terrace, somewhat similar to the Aspen Art Museum, is also currently envisioned. A total of 9,000 - 12,000 sf is anticipated. Per our discussions we will consider a small museum-style café. Telluride Arts is working on a more detailed program document with Artspace that will be completed prior to the charrette.
The construction budget is yet to be determined.
