Select galleries will open their doors an hour before Art Walk starts to welcome children and their families and friends in to explore the arts. A treasure map provides a self guided tour and prompts to explore the 7 elements of art through observation of artwork on exhibit. Venues marked with a hand print offer hands on activities too. Children should always be accompanied by an adult who can model how to be a respectful guest in art galleries. Maps are available at participating venues and around town, at the Telluride Arts offices located in the Stronghouse Studios or by calling Telluride Arts 970.728.3930
